Race Format

While outdoor tris are based completely on time, an indoor tri is based on distance. You have a set amount of time in which you rack up as many miles as possible through the familiar events of swimming, biking and running.  As such, indoor tris have their own nuances when compared to outdoor races.

All scoring is recorded in miles.
